Author Biography

  • Aaron Michka, University of Notre Dame

    Aaron Michka is an anthropologist who works on Christianity and religious pluralism in Egypt. He holds a PhD in Anthropology from the University of Michigan and is Assistant Professor at the Department of Anthropology at the University of Notre Dame. His current book project, entitled "Transcendence Matters: Assembling Christianity in Egypt," examines the politics of material religion across different Christian communities in Egypt.
